Brewer offense explodes for win against Reds

Yelich breaks another record!

It was a productive evening for the Brewer offense as they beat the Reds 8-6 on Monday night. After Keston Hiura's 442 foot homer in the fifth inning, things were quiet for Milwaukee until a Lorenzo Cain home run in the seventh kicked off an explosive five-run inning that put the Brewers ahead 6-3. The Reds rallied back and narrowed Milwaukee's lead to 6-5 in the ninth inning, but Christian Yelich's clutch two-run homer sealed the game for the Brew Crew. It was a great night for Yelich as the reigning NL MVP broke yet another team record and became the first Brewer to hit 30 home runs before the All-Star break.
