Brewers look to avoid sweep in LA

The Brewers will look to avoid being swept in LA on Wednesday night when they send Brandon Woodruff to the mound to take on opposing pitcher Felix Pena and the Angels. Woodruff is 1-0 this season with a 6.00 ERA through 9.0 IP. Meanwhile, Angels starter Felix Pena is 0-1 this season with a 5.40 ERA- Pena has also given up two homeruns through 8.1 IP. The Brewers have lost two straight on the road and will look for a boost from NL MVP Christian Yelich who has a .356 BA with 5 HR's and 13 RBI through 12 games. The Brewers are now 8-4 this season while the Angels moved their record to 6-6 with Tuesdays 11-8 win over the Crew.
