The Brewers are just about done with a somewhat controversial offseason, letting All Stars Mike Moustakas and Yasmani Grandal walk, and replacing them with a bevy of small moves. A report came out that the team operated in the red last season, and this offseason cut an estimated $40 million in salary, despite back to back playoff appearances. Did the Brewers do enough this offseason to compete for the NL Central in 2020?
