Bucks blast Clippers, 128-118

March 28, 2019 - 9:57 pm

Everything was going great for the Milwaukee Bucks. With Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton putting together huge offensive performances and Milwaukee's top-ranked defense looking the part Thursday night, the Bucks were on their way to a lopsided victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Then, with just under eight minutes remaining, a hush came over Fiserv Forum. Seconds after a dunk that put him at 34 points for the night, Antetokounmpo collided with Clippers forward Garrett Temple while getting back on defense.

Antetokounmpo fell to the ground in obvious pain, holding the right ankle that has been bothering him for more than a week. He lingered there, writhing for a few tense moments before gingerly limping to the bench.
