Former Packers Tight End Jermichael Finley spoke very frankly today about why the team has not reached out to him since his career abruptly ended from a serious neck injury.

"They want a straight-laced, uptight type a guy...They like the John Kuhns that will say the Green Bay type of stuff...If you, during the course of your career, didn't say or do the things that were the 'Green Bay Way', they wanted no parts of it...It's bogus." Despite getting the cold shoulder from the Packers, Finley expressed that he still wants to be involved with the organization.

In addition, Finley told Bill Michaels about how him and Aaron Rodgers repaired their relationship, courtesy of Mike McCarthy stepping in...

Finley says on Saturday nights, "we'd meet after team meetings...It was McCarthy's idea. McCarthy came in and said 'Hey, You two mother-f*****s need to get together; you need to see eye-to-eye'."

The former tight end also says that 44% percent of his brain was shut down after he officially retired from the game.
