While Aaron Rodgers may not have had the season Packers fans were hoping for, he still threw for 4,000 yards, 26 touchdowns, and led the Packers to a 13-3 record - but more importantly showed he isn't worried about numbers anymore. Overall, how good of a job has Rodgers done of reinventing his game as he's gotten older?

Chris Simms, former NFL QB, NBC Sports NFL Analyst, and big Aaron Rodgers fan (if you need any proof, just watch this interview Simms did with Rodgers this summer), joined Bill and Mike Clemens on Radio Row Monday to give us his thoughts on Rodgers and the Packers as we head into the offseason:

- What is his synopsis of the whole NFL season leading up to the Super Bowl?

- What are his thoughts on the Packers season as a whole?

- What did he think of Aaron Rodgers shifting to a team first player?

- What do the Packers need to add this offseason?
