Ever since things went south for the Green Bay Packers, one former QB has been in the corner of Aaron Rodgers.

In an age where so many coaching staffs are transforming offenses, Dan Orlovsky believes Rodgers allowed the Packers organization to not follow the trend of creativity because he's so creative himself.

"He was able to mask some of the stuff," says Orlovsky.

Orlovsky is also not impressed with what he sees on tape.

"It seems like there's not a lot of detail or discipline on offense. You watch the tape and there's really two guys who play with detail and discipline, and it's Randall Cobb and Davante Adams. Everyone else is kind of there trying to figure it out."

The 12-year veteran discussed that and more with Bill including...

- Should the players or coaches be held more responsible for these problems on offense?

- What does he see in Rodgers' throwing mechanics?

- How did he view the relationship between Rodgers and McCarthy?
