LeRoy Butler is an infamous name in Packers history, being a four time All Pro Safety, winning a Super Bowl in 1996, and inventing the Lambeau Leap. He's the only player on the NFL's 1990's All-Decade team to not make it to the Hall of Fame. Is it his time?
