WASHINGTON - Marquette didn't even need superstar Markus Howard to earn one of its most impressive victories of the season. The junior guard exited the game early with a back injury, but the Golden Eagles were able to hold off Georgetown, 74-71, at Capital One Arena on Tuesday. Sam Hauser stepped into the scoring void left by Howard and had a collegiate-high 31 points for MU (15-3, 4-1 Big East).
