The Packers sit at 12-3, in prime position to lock up a first round bye in the playoffs with a win over the 3-11-1 Detroit Lions. The Lions lost mainstay QB Matthew Stafford for the season in week 9 to a fractured back and hip injury, and the team has had a revolving door of QB's to replace him. Just how hard is it to replace a starting QB?
