The Packers completed the season sweep of the rival Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon with a final score of 21-13. With the win, the Packers improved to 11-3, and clinched a playoff spot - making Matt LaFleur the first Packers coach to ever make the playoffs in their first season. However, the team certainly has some weaknesses and holes. What has made this team so successful?
