Houser spews 10 K's in win vs Rangers

A career high for the righty

Today was quite the spectacle for Adrian Houser and the Milwaukee Brewers after topping the Texas Rangers 3-2. 

Houser got the nod for the Crew and in the first inning, the starter got sick behind the mound after an error on a slow tapper down the third baseline. 

He seemed to get all of the junk out at that point as he struck out 10 over six innings giving up only one run in his first quality start of the season. 

Offensively the Brewers once again took a patient approach at the plate. After walking eight times yesterday, they walked five times today and loaded the bases twice in the first two innings, but scored only because of a wild pitch by Rangers starter Pedro Payano in the second. 

Next inning, rrookie phenom Keston Huira launched his 14th homer of the season:

In the fourth inning, Mike Moustakas singled to right scoring Trent Grisham and giving the Brewers a 3-0 lead.

Two homers in the sixth and eighth and nearly mounted a comeback against the Crew. But a strike-'em-out-throw-'em-out ended the eighth inning while the Rangers were threatening.
