DePere, WI - Green Bay Packers CEO/President Mark Murphy has put his house up for sale.

Murphy, who turns 63 next month, says he and his wife are simply "downsizing" now that their children have grown and have their own families.

The asking price for the 7,363 square foot home with pool is $1.5 million.

In January Murphy promoted Ed Policy to chief operating officer and general counsel of the Packers.

Policy, 47, played a major role in the development of the Titletown district and park near Lambeau Field.

Like Murphy, Policy is an attorney, a former commissioner of the Area Football League, and the son of Carmen Policy, 75, an executive for the San Francisco 49ers during their Super Bowl years in the 1980's & 90's.

Carmen Policy was also a co-owner of the Cleveland Browns until 2004.  READ MORE
