We're less than a month away from the MLB Trade Deadline...What will the Milwaukee Brewers do to address the needs that they have?

We had a chance to catch up with General Manager David Stearns. For him, the challenge is trying to help the team now, but also to consider what they're giving up in the long term.

Here were some of things that he discussed with Bill including:

- When does it become a gut feeling that you may be giving up too much in a deal?

- How confident are they in their process of achieving the goal of a World Series?

- Did he expect the Brewers to be playing this well over the last two seasons?

- How much does he value this pitching staff?

- What are the statuses of Jimmy Nelson, Zach Davies, and Wade Miley?

- Can the early success stories of Brad Miller and Tyler Saladino complicate their needs in the middle infield going forward?

- How close was 2018 first round selection Brice Turang from not signing with the Brewers?
