Packer suspended two games

Green Bay, WI - He had just been out to a Sunday bunch in Green Bay.

While cruising on Hwy. 172, in view of  Lambeau Field, Packers running back Aaron Jones was pulled over for speeding.

The officer noticed Jones bloodshot eyes, the smell of smoke, and determined he had been likely smoking pot.

Jones, a bright spot in a 7 - 9 season as a rookie, is now paying for that mistake.

The NFL has suspended Jones for two games for violating the league's substance abuse policy. 

Jones has been informed he will be eligible to return Week 3, after sitting out the season opener against the Chicago Bears, and the Sept. 16th game against another division foe, the Minnesota Vikings:  READ MORE
