Better Franchise QB: Rodgers or Favre?

The Green Bay Packers have a long-standing history of quarterback excellence. 

It was the Hall-of-Fame connection of quarterback Arnie Herber and end Don Hutson in the late 1930s that estbalished the viability of a passing offense in the NFL. Come 1960, Bart Starr found his stride as the signal-caller of that decade's most dominant offense and most successful team, winning five titles. In the 1990s Brett Favre took the league by storm, winning a championship and three MVP awards before passing the torch to Aaron Rodgers; he claimed a ring, a Super Bowl MVP and two regular season MVPs.
