Brewers bested 8-3 by White Sox

CHICAGO - The Brewers dropped Game 1 of three on the Southside of Chicago, 8-3 to the White Sox on Friday night. Ryan Braun got the team going early with a two-run home run in the top of the inning, but a third-inning sacrifice fly from Hernán Pérez was the offense was the last the offense could muster. Chase Anderson allowed four runs, three earned, in the start. But, the bullpen failed to deliver - Boone Logan, Matt Albers and Dan Jennings each combined for four runs. Full story here.
