Stearns admits Schoop trade was "bad deal"

MILWAUKEE -- The Brewers did not tender second baseman Jonathan Schoop at Friday's deadline. It was somewhat of a surprise move considering what the Crew gave up to acquire Schoop at the trade deadline. General manager David Stearns offered some clarity as to the decision, though, stating: It was a bad deal and that's on me...We made a trade for a player we thought was going to be here for basically a year and a half and I was wrong.
