MILWAUKEE -- The Brewers held off a late push from the Dodgers to take the first game of the NLCS, 6-5. Brandon Woodruff came in to relieve Gio Gonzalez in the third, then hit a game-changing home run off Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw in the bottom of that inning to tie the game up at 1-1. The Brewers added one more in that inning, followed by three in the fourth and one in the seventh to put the Crew ahead for good.

First pitch for Saturday's Game 2 is at 3:09 pm, when Hyun-Jin Ryu will face Wade Miley.
