MADISON, Wis. - Wisconsin Linebacker T.J. Edwards was sent to the locker room after a helmet-to-helmet tackle of Purdue Tight End Cole Herdman during Saturday's win. In the time since, Edwards and Head Coach Paul Chryst have expressed a clear opinion - the hit was clean. According to them, Edwards used proper tackling form, and the helmet-to-helmet contact only occured because Herdman slid. Regardless, the linebacker had to watch his teammates proceed to victory without him. Full Story Here.
