CLEVELAND -- The Bucks beat the lowly Cavs 114-102 Friday night. The Bucks lead for the entire game, and have not trailed in the two games they have played against the Cavs this season. The Bucks were without starters Khris Middleton and Malcolm Brogdon due to injuries. It didn't matter for Giannis, though; he dropped a career-high 44 points, along with 14 rebounds and 8 assists.

The Bucks will look to start a win streak Monday night; they will travel to Detroit to take on the division foe Pistons at 6 p.m.
