Brewers tender four others

MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Brewers and reliever Jeremy Jeffress agreed to a one-year contract with two club options. The deal avoids arbitration with Jeffress. The team tendered offers to four other players: closer Corey Knebel, starter Jimmy Nelson, utility man Hernan Perez and infielder Jonathan Villar.
