MILWAUKEE -- The Bucks were in need of guard help with Malcolm Brogdon (foot) out for the next 6-8 weeks. Monday, general manager Jon Horst addressed the need:

Frazier was waived by the Bucks on Oct. 15 and was claimed by the New Orleans Pelicans two days later. With the Pelicans this season, Frazier averaged 5 points, 4.4 assists and 19.3 minutes per game while shooting .451 percent from the field and .351 from three-point range. He started 17 of 47 games played before the Pelicans waived him on Feb. 28.

Christian Wood, waived by the Bucks to clear a roster spot for Frazier, was a G-League sensation and fan favorite throughout the season. He averaged 29.3 points, 14 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.1 blocks in 28 games with the G-League's Wisconsin Herd. In limited opportunities with the Bucks, Wood averaged 2.8 points, 1.8 rebounds and 4.8 minutes in 13 games.
