MILWAUKEE -- With one Antetokounmpo having carried the Milwaukee Bucks to the Eastern Conference Finals, why not make things a family affair?

The Bucks signed small forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo, Giannis' older brother, to a two-year deal for the league minimum.

Thanasis, 26, has been playing professionally since 2012. He started his career with Filathlitikos (Greece), and later joined the Delaware 87ers (of the now G-League), before being drafted by the New York Knicks in the second round of the 2014 NBA Draft. He made his NBA debut in 2016 -- that lasted two games, and just over six total minutes.

He returned to Europe the following summer, playing one season for Andorra before returning to Greece in 2017. He's played for Panathinaikos in the time since.
