Middleton named all-star reserve

Khris Middleton earned his second all-star appearance after being named an Eastern Conference reserve.

In his eighth season, Middleton is quitely having the best year of his career.  This season, he's averaging a career-high 20.2 points per game in 28.8 minutes per game, the second fewest minutes he's averaged in his career.  Middleton is also shooting a career-high 50% from the field.  Perhaps the most impressive aspect of Middleton's 2019-20 season is the fact that he's currently in the 50/40/90 club (.503 FG%, .432 3P%, .90 FT%).

Along with Middleton, Jimmy Butler, Ben Simmons, Kyle Lowry, Domantas Sabonis, Jayson Tatum, and Bam Adebayo were named the remaining Eastern Conference reserves.

Nikola Jokic, Damian Lillard, Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Chris Paul, Brandon Ingram, and Russell Westbrook were announced as the Western Conference reserves.

The all-star player draft will be on February 6th, at 7:00 p.m.

The 2019-20 NBA all-star game will be in Chicago, February 16th.  Tip-off is at 7:00 p.m.
