The Green Bay Packers season comes to an end as they get handled by the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara. The 49ers will now play the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.

In the final game of the season, Aaron Rodgers was 31/39 for 326 yards and two touchdowns. Uncharacteristic for Rodgers, he also threw 2 interceptions including one to Richard Sherman on the Packers final drive of the season.

The Packers defense had trouble containing 49ers running back Raheem Mostert as he ran for 220 yards and 4 touchdowns on 29 carries.

Jimmy Garoppolo only threw the ball 8 times tonight, completing 6 of them for 77 yards.

The Packers will now prepare for the NFL draft and free agency as they look to get one step further next season.
