Bucks lose close one

March 02, 2019 - 11:05 pm

SALT LAKE CITY -- The Bucks limped into Utah and almost came away with a victory, losing a close game to the Jazz 115-111. The Bucks were without starters Eric Bledsoe and Malcolm Brogdon, so Coach Budenholzer inserted Ersan Ilyasova and Nikola Mirotic in to the starting lineup to create an uber-large lineup that started the game off hot for the Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way for the Bucks with 43/14/8, but missed a few huge free throws late in the game that sealed the victory for the Jazz. Donovan Mitchell had a career high 46 points to lead the Jazz.

The Bucks will look to finish this road trip 4-1 on Monday night, when they will travel to Phoenix to take on the tanking Suns, 8pm tipoff.
