Brady Taking A Page From Favre Playbook

Remember when Brett Favre started talking about retirement and everyone held their breath, off-season after off-season until Favre finally came walking through the door to thunderous applause?

I think it’s Déjà vu only instead of Favre being on the back of the jersey, it’s Brady.

That’s right, the NFL world, and more so Patriots Nation, is holding their breath as the 41 year old quarterback has, technically, not committed to playing this upcoming season.

Tom Terrific hasn’t been seen in New England for the team’s voluntary workouts leaving many tightening rears  in the wake of his no-show.

Maybe this is a protest of Belichick’s tyrannous ways or maybe Brady’s just working out with the trainer that seems to have caused so much strife within the organization.

Like Favre, Brady’s going to walk through that door, commit to playing in 2018 and all of the Patriot’s fans will rejoice with their cups filled with Samuel Adams or Dorchester or whatever lager they’re drinking now in the Beantown area.

Nothing to see here.
