Cowboys Elliott At It Again

He waits for the final word on his NFL suspension for, well to describe it mildly, personal misconduct off the field.

Now we’re talking about his conduct on the field. Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott is being widely criticized by fans, media and even his own head coach for not hustling on a couple of specific plays during Dallas’ 42-17 loss at the hands of the Denver Broncos.

Remember Elliott seemingly quit on, then subsequently ripped, the coaching staff at Ohio State when he felt that he wasn’t enough of the focus of the offense. Right or wrong, there are certain things you don’t do and Elliott seems not to care who he offends when he doesn’t feel like giving full effort.

In his mind, it’s Zeke’s world and you’re just breathing air in it. That same mentality it was puts him in precarious positions over and over again.

Elliott better remember one thing, for people to put up with your skewed outlook, you had better be great because once greatness has faded, you’re just not worth the trouble.
