Vote Jesus!

He has a .306 batting average.  He has an OPS of 1.001. 22 home runs, 63 RBI and an on base percentage of .368.

His batting average is 16th overall in baseball.  His home run total is tied for 6th right now. His OPS numbers are 4th best in baseball.  He’s an All Star right?  Wrong.

Jesus Aguilar, 1st baseman for the Milwaukee Brewers can’t get a sniff for the mid-summer classic.  Why?

Well, he’s not a household name.  Fans outside of Milwaukee, outside of the Milwaukee Brewers fan base don’t really know the name Aguilar.  The truly unfortunate thing is that the Brewers fanbase really didn’t do their part either.  Voting is on line and it’s free and you can vote as many times as you’d like.  Brewers fans just didn’t take advantage of their own ability to stuff the on-line ballot box.

Now they have a second chance and with the 5th best record in baseball and the best record in the National League, it’s time for fans to act like front runners.
